Quem Somos
NuAN nasceu em 2024 no bairro Appio Latino, em Roma, graças a dois jovens chefs, Luana Lesce e Elvio Ferrelli. Após anos de experiência e colaboração em cozinhas romanas, decidiram embarcar em um projeto independente e criar seu próprio espaço. Criativo, jovem, independente ou tradicional? A resposta é simples: nenhum rótulo. Sem menu fixo, com atenção aos pequenos produtores e uso exclusivo de pescado local: estes são os verdadeiros pilares da cozinha do NuAN.

We discovered it by chance and wanted to try it for an occasion and I would say it was a very good choice. Simple environment but warm and friendly welcome. Excellent quality and preparation of the food. We tried the tasting menu and I must admit that we were really very satisfied (the fried squid was amazing).
Just opened but amazing. I tried their tasting proposal and I was impressed by the chef's mastery for this basic fish proposal. I chose the pairing with wine, and I did well because thanks to the sommelier who guided you in this experience, I tasted different wineries, all super. You can see that there is attention to detail behind this project, from the raw materials to the choice of wines .. Congratulations guys, I will definitely be back!
Last night we had dinner with a couple of friends at NuAN, a seafood restaurant where the menu changes based on the availability of local ingredients. The atmosphere of the place is refined but welcoming, with soft lighting and modern furnishings that create an elegant environment without being pretentious. The team is made up of two chefs and a sommelier, all trained and passionate. At the end of the evening we had the pleasure of having a chat with Elvio... His concept of cooking is very clear! Excellent dishes both for flavor and presentation. Definitely worth trying.
Nuan really surprised us positively, warm and welcoming environment, 20 seats. Its offer is an ever-changing menu, based on the catch of the day. We ate very well and drank very well.
