About Us
NuAN was born in 2024 in the Appio Latino district of Rome from a couple of young chefs. Luana Lesce and Elvio Ferrelli after a long period of collaboration in Roman kitchens, decided to put themselves to the test independently. Creative, young, independent or traditional? There is only one answer: no label. No menu, great work on small producers and only local fish are the pillars of NuAN's cuisine, the only label to give is this.

We discovered it by chance and wanted to try it for an occasion and I would say it was a very good choice. Simple environment but warm and friendly welcome. Excellent quality and preparation of the food. We tried the tasting menu and I must admit that we were really very satisfied (the fried squid was amazing).
Just opened but amazing. I tried their tasting proposal and I was impressed by the chef's mastery for this basic fish proposal. I chose the pairing with wine, and I did well because thanks to the sommelier who guided you in this experience, I tasted different wineries, all super. You can see that there is attention to detail behind this project, from the raw materials to the choice of wines .. Congratulations guys, I will definitely be back!
Last night we had dinner with a couple of friends at NuAN, a seafood restaurant where the menu changes based on the availability of local ingredients. The atmosphere of the place is refined but welcoming, with soft lighting and modern furnishings that create an elegant environment without being pretentious. The team is made up of two chefs and a sommelier, all trained and passionate. At the end of the evening we had the pleasure of having a chat with Elvio... His concept of cooking is very clear! Excellent dishes both for flavor and presentation. Definitely worth trying.
