We discovered it by chance and decided to try it for an anniversary, and I'd say it was a great choice. The atmosphere is simple, but the welcome is warm and friendly. The food is excellent, and the preparation is excellent. We tried the tasting menu, and I must admit we were very satisfied.

I chose the wine pairing, and I was right because, thanks to the sommeliers who guided you through this experience, I tasted several wineries, all superb. Last night we had dinner with a couple of friends at NuAN, a seafood restaurant where the menu changes based on the availability of local ingredients. The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, with soft lighting and modern decor that creates an elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere. The team consists of two chefs and a sommelier, all well-trained and passionate. At the end of the evening, we had the pleasure of chatting with Elvio...His approach to cooking is very clear! The dishes are excellent in both flavor and presentation. Definitely worth a try.

Nuan truly surprised us with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, seating 20. Its menu is constantly changing, based on the catch of the day. We ate and drank very well. Kudos to the entire team, who, in addition to their professionalism and experience, put heart, passion, and determination into it. Kudos!
