The wine list has more than 50 Italian labels only, with a special focus on small producers local. Organic, biodynamic or conventional is not important, what matters is that it is good and without defects. Enrica Cocciarelli, a Roman born in '99, takes care of selecting the cellars and carries out a job of compensation and refinement that goes hand in hand with the cuisine's proposal.
